  • Target Start: 1/2024 - 3 + months 
  • Credentialing: 60 -90 days 
  • Shifts Available: Mon-Fri working fulltime. 7a-3p is ideal. 5 x8s available only / fulltime (40 hours a week) Will consider a minimum of 2 weeks per month.
  • Type of Cases: Neurology, Neurosurgery, IR, Electrophysiology (EP), General Anes, lots of Endo. No Hearts, no Peds.
  • Full Presentation Required see Zenith for details - Aya Presentation must be on Aya Form and sent to me.
