  • Credentialing: 60-90 days 
  • Shifts Available: 7a-3p / Call Hours 3p-7a / 3 weeks on / 1 week off / Every 3rd weeknight and every 4th weekend 
  • Types of Cases: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Ped Dental, ENT, ENDO, Podiatry, no heads, hearts or spines.
  • All CRNA Practice 
  • Initial name clear required followed by commercial presentation template with CV once cleared.
